Jazmín Delgado-Shah

Jazmín Delgado-Shah (they/them, elle) is a queer, non-binary person born in southern Mexico. They are a skilled social justice facilitator, drawing from their experiences as a college instructor, migrant justice organizer, and their current role as a political educator for the Center for Political Education (CPE), a resource for left and progressive organizations in the San Francisco Bay Area. Much of their current work consists of convening organizers across sectors and geographies to deepen collective analysis, build alignment, and boost organizing capacity. Jazmín is also returning to their roots in migrant justice spaces and enjoying the intricacies and transformative possibilities of facilitating in multi-language spaces.

Looking to level up their skills and build community with other facilitators, Jazmín is excited to participate in the Headwaters Facilitation Apprenticeship program.
